Quality control follows the outdoor furniture through frame processing, finishing, assembly and export packing. The catalogue identifies welding, grinding, powder coating and QC inspection as parts of our manufacturing workflow. The photographs below show specific checks and packing practices in use.

For your chosen model, discuss frame and surface appearance, component fit, assembly, accessories and protection in the carton. Agree the inspection points and acceptance requirements against the approved product specification before production.

Linhai Hongjie maintains ISO 9001 quality management certification and an amfori BSCI social audit monitoring result. Relevant documentation can be requested from our team. Product-specific tests and destination-market requirements should be reviewed for the selected model and order.
